Pike Corporation Mobile Device Support Technician in Winston Salem, North Carolina
Position Summary: The Mobile Device Support Technician will assist in the day to day support and deployment of mobile applications and hardware across the enterprise or its units/departments.
Assist in the support of our mobile product line to iOS devices on all major carriers.
Identify, diagnose and resolve end user hardware and application problems in person.
Provide one-on-one end-user problem resolution over the phone.
Under general supervision become familiar with and understand implementation of the following:
o Mail Server accounts
o iTunes Account setups
o AirWatch MDM profiles and application pushes
o Work with Analyst to ensure development schedules are on time
o Responsible for preparing devices for field use (Ruggedize)
One years of direct experience supporting mobile field technologies and solutions
Experience in handset support, integration, testing, and development in RIM/Blackberry, Android, and Windows Mobile or iOS devices
ACMT certification preferred
Commercial product deployment
Associates Degree (AAS) in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years of experience in lieu of every year of undergraduate study)
Excellent written and verbal skills.
