About the Position:
Teams will look to you to support designs that adhere to usability best practices and leverage knowledge about users’ behavior. You will help to create interfaces that enable people to successfully achieve quantified objectives effectively and efficiently, across a range of Salesforce Applications.
If you have strong visual design skills and a good foundational command of usability interaction principles for business applications, and a solid knowledge about working in a human-centered design process, we’d certainly like to meet you!
Create the information architecture and interaction design for transactional, informational, and user experiences including intranets, extranets, micro-sites, web applications, and business tools
Lead and participate in the details of project plan including guiding and conducting end-user research, prototype testing, and usability testing
Conducting stakeholder and one-on-one interviews to identify target audiences' needs, tasks and goals and then translating insights into IA deliverables including wireframes, task flows, sketches, process maps, interaction specifications, etc.
Collaborating with clients and end-users in order to gather business requirements and translate them into effective, user-centered interactive experiences
Develop and document detailed user experience specifications for highly interactive interfaces
Developing static and interactive prototypes for demonstration and evaluation of concepts to business owners or for testing with end-users
Hold at least a Bachelor’s in Design, Fine Arts, or a related visual art field, and have a foundational understanding of usability design best practices; additional degrees or certifications in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors (CUA™), or related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
We are looking for individuals with 2-4 years of experience in the field of User Experience, with a focus on designing and delivering business or enterprise applications that are complex, high-volume, and high profile, including portals, business applications, mobile apps, interactive dashboards, data visualization and information design.
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning -Strong proficiency with Visual force Visual Pages
Ability to understand complex business processes and how they manifest in enterprise applications to support end-users
Knowledge of Call center and CRM applications
Ability to collaborate with technical teams to produce feasible solutions in support of CRM applications
A foundational understanding of enterprise software is preferred, as well as the ability and desire to collaborate with other members of the UX team and technical teams to help reach feasible design solutions for portals, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and workforce management systems
A foundational understanding of enterprise software is required, including portals, Customer Relationship
Previous experience working in Customer facing and call center applications is a plus
Business Process Mapping experience
Strong Facilitation skills
Ability to integrate UX into Agile Development practices
Salesforce certification a plus
