We are looking for a Solutions EngineeringManagerto manage a team of talented software & systems engineers, business systems analysts, application architects and to be responsible for the architecture, design, development, maintenance and support of our API & Middleware platforms.

Key Accountabilities

You will provide leadership and direction for the internal platform roadmap within Waterfall and Agile environments, ensuring the platform meets the needs of the business and even exceeds expectations. You will have a strong experience of managing scope of work, govern processes for change controls and drive to adhere to excellent quality controls in all aspects of Software Development life Cycle. In addition, you will have solid Technology design experience (including architecture, performance, security, availability, as well as operations, monitoring and support) and had success in delivering medium-large scale projects in complex environment fully engaged with stakeholders.

Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with credibility and gravitas to influence and lead thought at the senior level.


  • Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Technical Application Development or related fields

  • Extensive experience in software development

  • Experience delivering complex integration solutions using EAI Patterns & Frameworks, Oracle Fusion Middleware, MuleSoft, REST API and Web Services.

  • Experience in leading complex software development teams as part of a large multi-year, business-critical technology program

  • Proficient in Agile software delivery models (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, etc.)

  • Technical leadership, experience in high performing, agile teams.

  • Experience in building and growing an engineering team.

  • Great communication skills to collaborate cross-group and work effectively within the team and across the broader organization.

  • Disciplined, follow processes to thrive on Quality delivery.

  • Demonstratable experience of adopting standards, processes, controls change & scope.

  • Influence and provided leadership within Team and stakeholders to drive change.
