Job Purpose

In you new position you will work cross-functionally to understand the needs of our global team base and will deliver a strong financial framework. As our Agile, Program and Project Financial Lead, you will be part of a team that manages Agile, Program and Project finance processes as well as measurement of our progress against financial goals. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and intellectually curious leader that is eager to work within a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to combine creativity with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. As part of your role, you will be responsible to manage an on-going plan that drives and sustains our financial position.

Key Accountabilities

o Drive financial excellence across the Infrastructure and Operations Strategy, Performance and Infrastructure Solution Delivery organisation by providing financial leadership and reporting against targets o Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement

o Be the “go to person” within the Infrastructure & Operations organisation for the Global, US and US Finance Business Partners in relation to US Agile, Programme and Project finances · Agile Release Train financial management o Manage all aspects of finances (FY22 circa $54m) across all Agile Release Trains within the US Strategy, Performance and Infrastructure Solution Delivery organisation, including forecasting and actual management for both internal and external resources to budget

o Ensure spend associated with vendor engagements is raised against appropriate codes, tracked and receipted in a timely manner

o Appropriately communicate financial requirements and deadlines, such as timesheet submissions to the wider team to ensure accurate and timely cost submissions o Provide financial overview and input into Release Train planning processes to ensure delivery is achievable within the funds available. Provide cost scenario planning as appropriate.

o Manage Financial risks and opportunities across all Agile Release Trains

o Work with UK counterpart and UK Finance resources to ensure accurate and timely cross charges between regions · Programme / Project financial governance

o Provide financial governance oversight for any non-Agile projects and programmes including guidance, completion of financial surgeries and support with issue resolution

o Complete financial “deep dives” as necessary to resolve any issues and concerns · Reporting o Provide financial reporting across all Agile Release Trains to support the various reporting requirements – this will include all aspects of finance such as actuals, forecast, variances, OPEX/CAPEX alignment against targets etc

o Consolidate and provide necessary reporting for all I&O US project spend (FY22 circa $79m) to meet various reporting requirements including monthly portfolio reporting, QBR, QPR etc

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of Financial Management experience

  • 3-5 years of management experience

  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, project management, problem-solving, and influencing skills

  • Must be a clear and articulate communicator and have professional poise and presence with a diverse set of audiences, with the ability to partner across all levels

  • A proven track record as a decisive, action-oriented individual, who has led cross-functional global teams to define and achieve high value objectives

  • Understanding of Agile program and project delivery
