As a Rate & Regulatory Analyst I / Analyst IIyou will prepare documents and studies required for rate and regulatory purposes; perform research and analyses using SAS and SQL necessary for the administration of rates/tariffs, compliance with regulatory requirements, and economic evaluations.

Minimum Requirements Analyst I

  • BS/BA in business, economics, mathematics, or engineering or comparable experience in analytical methods.
  • Must have basic communications skills and ability to effectively work with others.
  • Basic proficiency on current personal computer spreadsheet, word processing, graphics, and operating systems.

Minimum Requirements Analyst II

  • BS/BA in business, economics, mathematics, engineering or comparable experience in analytical methods,
  • and two (2) years of related utility experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to effectively work with others.
  • Broad knowledge of utility rate economics, principles and practices.
  • Working knowledge of FERC or rate theory practices, tariff administration, current industry trends and developments.
  • Full proficiency on current personal computer spreadsheet, word processing, graphics, and operating systems.
  • Must have basic communications skills and ability to effectively work with others.
