4413BRJob Title:IT Cybersecurity AnalystRequisition Number:4413BRTitle:IT Cybersecurity AnalystLocation(s):WI - MilwaukeeCompany(s):WEC Business Services Summary:WEC Business Services, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a IT Cybersecurity Analyst – Applications and Engineering in our Milwaukee office location.The analyst supports the company’s overall cybersecurity infrastructure and operational effectiveness through cybersecurity preparedness, threat prediction and detection, incident response and recovery, effective governance, and activities, including:•Conceptualizes, designs, and/or builds secure information technology systems•Manages the collection and analysis of information from various application, endpoint and network sources to identify vulnerabilities and threats•Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations•Develops cyber indicators•Identity and access management•Cybersecurity consulting, problem resolution, performance tuning and monitoringThis position is part of a job family:Associate IT Cybersecurity AnalystExperience: Entry LevelEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, information technology, or related degree is preferred. A combination of associate degree, military or professional cybersecurity experience and cybersecurity certification (CISSP, GAIC, MCSE, CEH, GICSP, CSSA, CISM) will be considered.IT Cybersecurity AnalystExperience: Minimum 2-7 years Cybersecurity experience required.Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, information technology, or related degree is preferred. A combination of associate degree, military or professional cybersecurity experience and certification (CISSP, GAIC, MCSE, CEH, GICSP, CSSA, CISM) will be considered.Senior IT Cybersecurity AnalystExperience: Minimum 7-10 years Cybersecurity experience required.Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, information technology, or related degree is preferred. A combination of associate degree, military or professional cybersecurity experience and certification (CISSP, GAIC, MCSE, CEH, GICSP, CSSA, CISM) will be considered.Principal IT Cybersecurity AnalystExperience: Minimum of 10 years in a cybersecurity role and experience in project leadership with a wide range of experiences. A strong technical understanding of cybersecurity practices and strong analytical skills is also required.Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, information technology, or related degree is required.
