South Jersey Industries Construction Coordinator II in United States
A career in Construction Support will provide the opportunity to provide support for all construction related activities, including analytics, reporting, scheduling, and other support based activities. This also includes forecasting, and document control. Additionally, this may include providing back office support regarding invoicing, booking of assets, performing accruals, permitting and managing escrow accounts. This role also may assist with the measure of performance within functional teams. Roles within Construction Support are responsible for oversight of all capital construction work. This includes, planning, assigning, monitoring, and reporting out on all construction work completed by SJI employees and by contractors. This also includes execution of a strategic plan that is related to construction implementation and oversight, customer service, and quality controls. The team will establish the priorities and also determine resource allocation for the effective and efficient delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. This also involves maintaining a strict schedule compared to estimated time of completion.
The role is considered a hybrid position. Specific in-office requirements will be discussed during the interview process.

High School Diploma or GED Required
Typically requires 1-2 years of related experience
Construction experience preferred
