As an Technical Administrator, you’ll support the operational teams by providing technical data to drive performance across the terminal. You’ll ensure records, documents and data are maintained appropriately and actively enable a robust technical management system.
Alongside supporting maintenance, inspections and both internal and external audits you’ll maintain all manuals and procedures for the terminals assets, equipment and installations. As a Technical Administrator you’ll work in accordance with National Grids Safe Systems of Work and participate in emergency planning.
We are looking for a someone with a proven background within technical administration e.g. Microsoft office suite preferably within a utilities environment. You’ll be a task conscious individual allowing you to support inspections & audits as part of a wider team and alone when required to ensure we are working as effectively as possible.
Preferably you’ll have aworking knowledge of legislative requirementsalongside plant awareness allowing you to support the business on a day to day basis. You’ll maintain a proactive and customer driven outlook enabling you to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, within this fast-paced and varied environment.

This role is based out of our Bacton Terminal, a full valid driving license is required due to location.
