As a Regional Yard Manager, your key responsibilities will be to plan and oversee all remote yard operations through standardized work processes and fostering a safe operating environment. Critical for success is the ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, and to maintain organization while providing direction and leadership.
The anticipated salary range is $115,000-159,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes:
5-7 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of postsecondary education and experience
3-5 years prior management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree from 4 year college or university (Desired)
Experience with Fleet Focus, B2W, COINS, HCSS (Desired)
Experience within the Michels Family of Companies (Desired)
Construction Industry Experience (Desired)
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
