Our goal is to have you as a Full Time TEP Employee after you graduate! This internship is year long, working around your school schedule while in session, and full-time during summer break.

What you will do

  • Play a critical role in optimizing and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our procurement, contracting, supply chain, account payables, financial, budgeting, and strategic planning processes within our organization.

  • Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the Oracle eBusiness Suite modules, support OneStream CPM, PowerPlan Asset Management, Workday ERP, SAP Ariba supply chain, procurement and contracting software applications

What you bring

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree inComputer Science, IT/Information Systems or related field with a graduation date no earlier than May of 2025.

  • Must be able to work a minimum of 15 – 20 hours per week during regular business hours; and 20 – 40 hours a week during the summer and school breaks.

  • Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must have experience in SQL for data analysis and reporting.

Position Description

As an eBusiness Suite/OneStream CPM Student Intern, you will play a critical role in optimizing and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our procurement, contracting, supply chain, account payables, financial, budgeting, and strategic planning processes within our organization. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the Oracle eBusiness Suite modules, support OneStream CPM, PowerPlan Asset Management, Workday ERP, SAP Ariba supply chain, procurement and contracting software applications. Your expertise in on-premises Oracle eBusiness Suite, cloud-based OneStream/Workday, PowerPlan, and SAP Ariba to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and enhance decision-making capabilities across the organization.

Position-Related Responsibilities

· eBusiness Suite/Workday Configuration : Configure and maintain Oracle eBusiness Suite modules including Financials, Inventory, Human Resources, Procurement and Spend, Project, Purchasing, Order Management, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning. Supporting migration of ERP modules from Oracle EBS to Workday.

· OneStream Implementation and Maintenance : Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the OneStream platform for financial consolidation, reporting, and planning. Develop and maintain OneStream data models, workflows, and reports. Ensure data integration and data quality across various financial systems.

· PowerPlan and PowerTax Integration and Optimization : Oversee the integration of PowerPlan, the capital budgeting and asset management software, with other financial systems. Work with Vendors and Business to streamline the processes and jobs .

· Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancements using Oracle eBusiness Suite.

· Integration and Process Migration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of existing on-premises and cloud applications and also open to ideas of migrating the processes to new cloud applications such as Workday and SAP Ariba.

· User support: Provide support and training to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with system-related inquiries.

· Customization and Development: Work with developers to design and implement custom solutions or enhancements to meet specific supply chain requirements.

· Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices.

· Compliance: Ensure that supply chain processes and configurations comply with industry regulations and internal policies.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and Oracle eBusiness Suite updates, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

  • Relevant certifications in Oracle eBusiness Suite, OneStream, or PowerPlan are a plus.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work up to 20 hours per week during regular business hours; and up to 40 hours per week during summer and school breaks depending on the business needs.

  • Student Interns must maintain the required hours for full-time student status, good academic standing at their college or university, as defined by the college or university and the GPA required for graduation by their college or university.

  • Failure to maintain full-time status, good academic standing and/or the required GPA will result in Student Interns being deemed ineligible for participation in this program.

  • Student Interns are employed on a temporary basis and are generally not eligible for some benefits; including holiday pay.

  • Scheduling of work hours and assignments should be made taking into consideration that Student Interns are students first and employees second.

Pay Rate: $17+ depending on experience and qualifications
