This requires us to deliver on our promises and always look for new opportunities to grow, both ourselves and our business. ## Job Purpose To provide continuous improvement, administration, coordination and communication of Chief Risk Officer Department’s policies and procedures ## Key Accountabilities + Excellent written and spoken English, oral and written communication skills + Understanding of business risk, compliance assurance and controls + Ability to foster and build a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders at all levels + Ability to motivate, guide and coach other team members and wider Risk and Compliance community + Ability to prioritise effectively + Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Ability to work, influence and challenge all levels of management including across governance bodies and the CRO Leadership group + Strong skill set and experience in Project and Process Improvement, Business Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement + Indirect day to day liaison with a broader departmental population of c.50 + Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite, particularly with Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. ## Qualifications + Significant experience in a business processes, communications and training role (5+ years essential) + Drafting, managing and coordinating risk, compliance, assurance or similar communications - highly desirable + Certified Communications or Risk Professional or similar certifications desirable e.g. Lean qualified/practitioner, Business Administrator (MBA) or Chartered Secretary (ICSA), Risk, Audit, Finance or Compliance professional CMIRM, CMIIA, ACA, ACCA, CPA ## More Information This position has a career path which provides for promotional opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
