We are currently seeking applicants for a Security Platforms Analyst in the Enterprise Security department of our Information Services Division located in Springfield, MO. This role will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and operating software applications and integrations with high reliability for our organization.
Responsible for some of the most sophisticated systems at AECI, including our Identity Access Management, Unified Communications, and Artificial Intelligence-based Threat Detection and Alerting.
Gain a deep understanding of the technical products you support, the business processes encompassed by those products, the business partners who own product capabilities, and users who perform their daily work inside products.
Leads evaluation, design, and analysis for the implementation of a solutions architecture across a group of specific business applications or technologies.
Facilitates the design and configuration of standard and custom software configurations.
Acts as a consultant on a broad range of technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings to drive targeted business outcomes.
Organize full-lifecycle projects that result in product enhancements, upgrades, and other system improvements that are designed “from the user-out.”
Provide pre and post-release end-user support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and training to enhance and optimize user adoption and usage of new features.
Supports activities as needed for security guards including: incident investigations, incident response, site assessment, security consultations, and event security.
Provides guidance and AECI representation with local law enforcement agencies and government entities in absence of Physical Security Supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or other related technical field of commensurate experience.
At least 5 years of experience managing the lifecycle of enterprise-level products such as Genetec, SharePoint, CISCO KITT, and Vintra is preferred, but all levels will be considered.
Preferred experience utilizing programming languages/tools for automation and development such as C, C#, PowerShell, or Python.
Skilled in SQL/DDL: TSQL query writing, relational database concepts, joining tables, record editing (insert, update, delete), aggregations, Programmatic data querying.
Experience in UX Specialization such as Usability analysis, Application design, Form design, Report design, dashboard design, UX design, UI design.
Prior experience with military or law enforcement with Use of Force a plus but not required.
Ability to meet and maintain annual certifications and weapons qualifications.
