We are currently seeking applicants for a Cybersecurity Intern in the Security Operations department of our Information Services Division.
Want a chance to work on the front lines with a highly talented cybersecurity team with a mission of keeping the lights on? Well, you are in luck because a Cybersecurity Internship is available at our Headquarters facility located in Springfield, Missouri. This is a paid internship that offers part-time employment during the fall semester with the opportunity to continue in the spring and on a full-time basis in summer, 2022. Normal working days are Monday through Friday. You could also potentially receive course credit while working at AECI! Contact your school’s career center for more information.
Qualified applicants must be currently enrolled in a four year or advanced degree program in a computer-related field and have a passion for cybersecurity and continue to be enrolled while employed. Onsite attendance at our Headquarters facility will be required.
This internship will have the opportunity to work side by side with our talented cybersecurity team and work on state-of-the-art projects like:
Red Team / Blue Team testing (Ethical Hacking)
Leverage sophisticated tools to reduce the risk of exploitation & compromise across a large network
Utilize tools to automate and detect indicators of compromise
Assist with training our employees to become defenders of our technologies
