You will have overall responsibility for product definition and delivery of products and may include custom mobile applications, Salesforce-based applications, and Assisted/Augmented Reality technology working in concert with AI/Machine Learning algorithms and models.

Lead multiple Scrum teams as part of SCE’s Digital and Process Transformation Center of Excellence with the goal of disruptive innovation through design thinking and agile based methodologies, coupled with advanced technology platforms.
Use Design Thinking methodologies, to manage and prioritize product backlog, identify and build relationships with customers, gather requirements gathering across the customers, and be responsible for creating the best outcome for customers.
Lead multidisciplinary teams through a lean, agile-based incubation and implementation process – e.g., Build, Learn, and Adapt. Establish sprint goals, refine backlog, prioritize backlog, and work with developers and scrum masters to drive delivering solutions frequently.
Work daily with Product Owners, Development Pods (internal SCE and 3 rd party development teams on and off-shore), Program Managers, UX Designers, Scrum Masters, and business and IT stakeholders.
Defines and maintains an integrated Product Roadmap to ensure business outcomes are achieved as well as timely, quality delivery across a suite of Inspection products – Inspection mobile app, Assisted Reality, AI/Machine Learning technologies, includes integrations other core SCE applications (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, cGIS).
Support strategic planning and visioning w/ Business Product Owner to define the business outcomes and business case ROI setting metrics for the product to help achieve desired operating performance levels; support efforts to seek funding and gain approval from Executive forums on product investments.
Prepares detailed and complex analysis and documents and communicates to all stakeholders the program goals, performance-to-date, risks, mitigations, and path forward
Set KPI-driven priorities for the scrum team and work to achieve the desired outcomes; participate in scrum team activities (grooming, planning, standups, story writing, and prioritization).
Responsible for defining the overall product and user experience; this includes defining the end-to-end process and journey maps for all personas; use quantitative and qualitative data to become knowledgeable about the customer, their habits, and their needs.
Uses scientific method to determines if processes can be improved and provides clear and actionable recommendations - identify and mobilize teams to drive continuous improvement (e.g. kaizen, lean six-sigma, etc.) in business processes that support end-users and business goals.
Determines how product can be improved, develops/tests hypothesis, makes data-driven tradeoff/prioritization decisions, and manages successful product releases through agile software development and business readiness activities; gathers and manages product feedback through surveys, concept testing, wireframes/POCs/prototypes, analytics tools, and A/B testing.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and partners to implement and manage product releases while directing UAT efforts; manage vendors to deliver to contract terms and expected deliverables.
As part of overall customer success, work with the business to align various stakeholders to ensure a readiness plan is in place in preparation for launch; ensure all IT hardware and user onboarding and provisioning plan in ready as part of launch.
Manages the overall investment and benefits to maximizes ROI by prioritizing based on the outcomes and value to be delivered by the product and process changes. Partner with Finance and Business on business cases development and management through product lifecycle.
Ten years of experience leading product management projects and practicing agile values and principles
Experience working in an Agile environment including defining and documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Experience with mobile app development, assisted, reality, and/or advanced analytics
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science/Information Systems or relevant technical discipline.
Experience in industrial enterprises with large, represented field personnel – utilities preferred.
Have hands-on experience with agile technologies and tools – HP ALM Octane preferred and have a basic understanding of DevOps technologies and tools, e.g., Jenkins, GitHub.

Experience with user experience concepts and creating mockups, prototypes, proof of concepts
Comfortable with product collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Octane, Aha, etc.)
