Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:

Supports the activities associated with construction, operation and maintenance of electric distribution and

transmission systems. Supports the functionality of new construction work, preventive and

corrective maintenance, and inspection activities. Administers damage claims and billing, job kitting, work

order balancing, material review, standards of excellence and service guarantees.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

  1. Perform document management services including review, and first set of eyes on a new document review, and formatting and electronic document storage and retrieval.

  2. Responsible for the creation, administration and processing of work orders, including PR/PO creation and permitting.

  3. Resolves customer-related issues.

  4. Oversees construction office and supports budget management.

  5. Supports emergency restoration as needed.

Skills and Requirements

Education & Experience Required:

AS degree or equivalent of education and experience.

Background in computer application use in the business environment.

Skills/Abilities:

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Strong Excel. Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook experience and capability.

Demonstrate people skills.

Able to work in an environment that frequently challenges and changes.

Avangrid employees may be assigned a system emergency role and in the event of a system emergency, may be required to work outside of their regular schedule/job duties.
