Manages vendor adherence to the Operations & Maintenance contract expectations for the Dominion Energy (DE) Power Delivery solar installations. Ensures compliance of new DE owned solar installation commissioning. Monitors the execution of maintenance tasks and compliance requirements for SCC reporting as well as all local, state, and federal agency requirements. Coordinates with local environmental compliance manager to ensure compliance with local, state and federal environmental regulations. Leads efforts regarding operational, safety and environmental inspections/audits to ensure compliance with DE policies & procedures. Works with stakeholders to ensure prompt vendor response to alarms, alerts, and outages for resolution, per contract expectations and internal DE policies and procedures. Serves as the single point of contact and liaison for operational response tasks with Regional Operations Centers' personnel, Key Accounts, external vendors, customers and other stakeholders as needed. Reviews real time performance of solar assets via available SCADA, PI or other data acquisition system resources.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and education required for entry into this job include the following:
Significant directly related experience (10+ years with a high school degree or 8+ years with Associate degree or 6+ years with Bachelor's degree)
*Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications
Experience with distribution energy resources, such as solar, wind, batteries, etc is highly preferred
Strong working knowledge of solar technology and/or significant knowledge and experience working in the solar industry, is highly preferred
Strong working knowledge of metering and billing systems in relation to solar installations is highly preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with the site management team, vendors, and internal resources such as Legal, Engineering, and Environmental, to achieve maximum project profitability with safety, ethics, and compliance in mind;
Ability to influence without authority, to work effectively in a team environment, and to interact with internal and external staff;
Ability to work independently and to balance multiple priorities;
Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organizational and planning skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Skilled in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite software
Preferred: Experience with contract administration and partnerships; Strong working knowledge of solar installation maintenance; Program management experience; NABCEP credentials; NEC code compliance knowledge

Associate Degree preferred ( or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education)
