This position provides eBusiness (i.e. web and mobile) support to ensure self-service applications are functional for customers to transact business online. The potential candidate should be able to:
Understand business and customer needs to formulate proactive solutions to drive customer behavior to use online channels
Identify opportunities to apply technologies to business/internal processes, standards and/or specifications to create a more efficient and effective self-service platform
Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with both end users, Customer Service and I.T. personnel that exemplifies an ability to understand both the technical and non-technical sides of the business
Participates in technical studies to evaluate business requirements
Conduct user acceptance testing to thoroughly test various applications prior to deployments
Leverage various analytical platforms to develop metrics and reporting
Resolve technical support tickets for internal and external customers
Support the business in after-hours rotation and in emergency situations such as storms or other events
Perform other duties as requested by the business
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
- 0-2 years related experience is required
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
Knowledge of customer self-service applications
Ability to create metrics and reports and maintain monthly analytical reports using Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, SQL Queries or Webtrends
Demonstrated information technology and computer skills/experience in standard Microsoft applications (EXCEL, ACCESS, etc.) and/or programming languages (SQL, HTML, etc.)
Knowledge to conduct benchmarking and best practice analysis against both industry and non-industry processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Ability to analyze problems and think logically
Ability to manage work and perform varied duties simultaneously
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Education Level: Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor
Discipline: Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics or technical equivalent is preferred.
