General Summary

This position is anticipated to last 18-20 months to support the implementation of Workday.

Responsible for preparing the design, testing, and implementation of numerous reports out of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, focused on the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to include focal areas such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Time, and Applicant Tracking data. This person utilizes technical and specialized expertise in support of overall data objectives encompassing data mining, sorting and analytics. Provides training and report writing support to other teammates and ensures data integrity on deliverables. With limited supervision, will also be responsible for representing Human Resources on HRIS data related meetings, data requests, and projects.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Report Writing:

Demonstrate strong knowledge of ERP and HRIS systems to effectively design, build, test, and deliver accurate and timely reports. Report writing includes but is not limited to focal areas such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Time, and Applicant Tracking data. Show strong understanding of complex data needs, providing necessary troubleshooting and collaboration with Functional Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SME)s to extrapolate data requirements. Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and computer skills to sort and present data to successfully meet the needs of the requestors.

Ensure data integrity and proper procedural adherence to protecting confidential information to include Personal Identifiable Information (PII).

Seek and maintain training on systems to ensure knowledge of current system report writing capabilities and data knowledge.

Workday Project Support Role:

Assist Workday Project team with PRISM reporting, data conversion, integration, and other related meetings, communications and decisions. Assist with Workday and PRISM testing as needed.

PeopleSoft Support:

Assist with basic level PeopleSoft reports.

Provide Training:

Serve as a trainer to other HR/Payroll/Occ Health employees on reports as needed.

Must participate on the Emergency Response team (ERO) when designated.

Must support the biennial refueling outage

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Level I: Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a Business, HR, Payroll, or computer discipline related field, plus three years of experience using PeopleSoft, Workday, or a related large ERP. Must have at least one year of demonstrated ability in writing reports. Additional experience in lieu of degree may be considered on a one to one basis. A high school diploma or GED is required

Level II: Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a Business, HR, Payroll, or computer discipline related field, plus five years of experience using PeopleSoft, Workday, or a related large ERP. Must have at least two years of demonstrated ability in writing reports. Additional experience in lieu of degree may be considered on a one to one basis. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Salary Range

Level I Salary: $66,184 minimum to $82,730 midpoint

Level II Salary: $76,062 minimum to $95,077 midpoint

Typically, selected candidates are hired at a salary rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.
