Support the Director of Supply Chain with primary responsibility for supporting the Supply Chain compliance program and supporting solutions. This role will perform and monitor compliance activities across the department, working closely with internal and external teams as required. This role supports the design and operating effectiveness testing of the department’s control activities processes. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing effective training and communications on department compliance-related issues and activities, partnering with key stakeholders to build compliance awareness.

SALARY GRADE: $62,850-$94,200 (Determined by the knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant.)

  • Determine and maintain an inventory of all supply chain compliance requirements related to SOX controls, policies, procedures, fraud and system access controls.

  • Verify all controls and compliance policies/procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.

  • Conduct final file review of contracts to ensure compliance.

  • Monitor performance of unassociated spend, identify and coordinate resolution.

  • Monitor performance of the corporate compliance program and related activities on a continuing basis.

  • Identify, monitor, coordinate and track compliance activities of supply chain compliance functions.

  • Identify compliance control gaps and oversee the documentation, implementation, and testing of the supply chain compliance portfolio.

  • Support the management and ongoing implementation of the compliant spend tool.

  • Coordinate audit-related tasks, partnering with applicable compliance stakeholders.

  • Lead internal quality audits and procedural reviews to ensure compliance with applicable standards and internal policies and controls.

  • Preparation of quarterly presentations to department leadership relating to compliance readiness.

  • Manage Compliance Program requirements for Supply Chain, including but not limited to improvements and enhancements to the annual training requirements and quarterly certification process.

  • Develop effective communications on departmental compliance-related issues and activities, including but not limited to unassociated spend.


  • Support and comply with corporate policies, goals and objectives.

  • Participate in compliance department planning, project prioritization and administrative tasks.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.


  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in compliance, supply chain or audit function is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

  • Project management, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience desired.


  • Ability to organize workgroups for cross-functional projects.Knowledge of compliance, monitoring solutions and support requirements.

  • Demonstrated understanding of data processing and utilization of data analytic solutions to influence organizational behaviors.

  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices.

  • Knowledge of IT, A/P, and Risk Management functions.

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and materials with the highest degree of professional responsibility.

  • Ability to provide effective advice, guidance and support to internal and external customers at various levels.

  • Ability to be self-directed and exercise independent judgment.

  • Ability to solve complex problems.

  • Ability to identify and lead process changes.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and effectively prioritize work in progress.

  • Ability to professionally work cross-functional with other departments within and outside of Supply Chain.

  • Demonstrated strong ability to develop and maintain positive relationships (internal and external).

  • Demonstrated strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Ability to identify process improvements and provide alternatives for team consideration.

Must be able to routinely perform this work for an average of 6-8 hours per day and occasional extended hours as necessary. Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.

Specific lifting abilities required by this job include: Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or continuously to lift, carry, push, pull or sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Work environment: Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise level. No travel is required for this role.
