As the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for setting and driving the customer brand marketing strategy for the organization in service to our long-term brand commitments. You have experience developing multi-channel marketing strategies guided by a data/insights-driven customer-centric approach to strengthen brand affinity and customer trust. You will lead the marketing organization in implementation and execution of customer facing brand marketing campaigns. You will measure, analyze, and optimize marketing efforts and effectively communicate strategic priorities and learnings across the organization.

Oversees a team of management and professional staff in driving load growth through business development, marketing and meeting the needs of specific market segments to promote growth.
Oversees managers and professional staff in developing and implementing overall market segment strategy across the organization; oversees environmental scanning and data analysis to identify market segment needs; ensures team brings market segment insights back to organization and leads cross-functional teams in developing and implementing new products or service to meet those needs; ensures team influences other areas of the company to adapt existing service delivery models, products or services to better meet the needs of each market segment and drive growth; leads team in building and maintaining relationships within PGE and the community; drives market segment awareness into all areas of PGE to influence the delivery and management of products and services and ultimately drive growth.
Oversees creation and implementation of the go-to-market strategies for products and programs; manages team in identifying specific program targets, identifying effective means of promotion, implementing marketing strategy and monitoring adoption levels and adapting strategy to drive adoption.
Oversees a team of managers and/or professionals responsible for business development to drive load growth; manages relationships with governments, municipalities and businesses to promote PGE service territory as a desirable location to establish or grow business; oversees work with large customers and developers to identify needs and connect these organizations with products and services to encourage business growth; manages a team responsible for collaborating with the community to engage in testing of key products and services and identify potential barriers to adoption with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion; ensures teams bring back key insights to PGE to influence the development of service delivery and product, program and service offerings to drive revenue.
Oversees administration of value-add products and services available to all PGE customers, including a suite of voluntary renewables, a suite of demand response programs and below-the-line programs which helps large customers manage their energy use; responsible for operational excellence and efficiency of program delivery; provides critical product feedback to product management. Serves as back office support for go to market, including contracts and vendor management; delivers reporting to segment and product teams about program performance; accountable for contract performance (i.e., vendor accountability), customer experience and customer retention metrics; oversees management of third-party contracts administering programs.
Ensures team captures insights and feedback from customers and other stakeholders and brings back to PGE organization; manages team in collaborating with other departments to ensure information is leveraged in the development and implementation of core service delivery as well as new products, programs and services; ensures programs grow and adapt over time.
Exercises comprehensive functional and industry knowledge in specialized areas; identifies and resolves complex multidimensional business problems; exercises delegated authority over planning, direction and timely execution for a functional area or program; establishes and maintains contacts with management levels within and outside the company and at government agencies and with industry experts in accomplishing function or program objectives.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or other related field or equivalent experience.
Typically 12 or more years in cross-functional, enterprise wide program management, business/economic development or corporate marketing or equivalent, including at least five years of experience at a leadership level.
