In Portland, OR. Staff Business Systems Analyst

Acts as a liaison between IT and the business to elicit, document, analyze and validate requirements for new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Analyzes business processes/problems to be solved with automated systems. Identifies gaps and provides expertise in business requirements for system specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner.

Investigates operational needs, problems and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements in automated and nonautomated components of new or changed processes and organization. Assists in defining acceptance tests for these recommendations.

Experience and Required Skills:

Master’s degree in engineering, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in job offered including the use of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall software, as well as Java, Spring Boot, SQL and Business Intelligence. Or Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in engineering, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field and 5 years of experience in job offered and 3 years of experience with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall software, as well as Java, Spring Boot, SQL and Business Intelligence. All experience and requirements may be gained concurrently after achievement of the degree.

Salary: $132,808.00 / year

Compensation Range:

$72,900.00 - $145,375.00

Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
