PGE is looking for an experienced eLearning developer to create online courses and other interactive assets for employee learning.

The successful candidate will partner with team members and internal clients to build digital learning solutions that achieve measurable, behavior-based outcomes.

Stuff You’ll Own

As a senior eLearning developer, you’ll design and develop engaging, outcomes-driven digital content. Our current focus is eLearning and videos, but technology changes over time, right? We want to support you working at the cutting edge of innovation and creative thinking. Core responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to design solutions that help them achieve their learning goals

  • Develop digital learning outlines, storyboards and eLearning modules for mobile platforms

  • Create and manage related project plans

At the end of your first year, success would be a catalog of eLearning courses that adhere to best practices. We’re all about outcomes-driven solutions leading to measurable behavior change.

The Perfect Match

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • ≥5 years of consulting and learning design experience that incorporates:

  • Measurable, behavior-based outcomes

  • Story-based learning

  • Visual design and layout expertise

  • An innovative mindset

  • Adult learning, DEI and accessibility best practices

  • Work samples demonstrating:

  • Ability to design training project plans, outlines and storyboards that incorporate the bulleted items above

  • Intermediate Articulate eLearning development skills

  • Proficiency in creating and modifying digital audio, video, animation and graphic assets using Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Experience loading and troubleshooting digital content in learning management systems

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage eLearning projects from start to finish

The position allows for virtual work and flexible hours. Our current policy includes one day a week at our downtown World Trade Center office.

Education/Experience/Certifications

Education Typically a bachelor’s degree in education, training, business, psychology, sociology, human resources or other related field or equivalent experience.

Experience Typically five to eight years developing and delivering training or instructional design

Compensation Range:

$87,225.00 - $145,375.00

Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
