As an HRIS Analyst, you will support of maintenance of the human resource management systems in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. You will serve as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists the subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provides hands-on configuration of SuccessFactors and integration with other systems

  • Act as the SuccessFactors subject matter expert including Core HR, Talent Solutions, Analytics Solutions and Contingent Workforce

  • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools

  • Perform system maintenance including testing and assisting with implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches

  • Manage production support tickets and year-end activities in Success Factors

  • Provide support including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws

  • Document standard processes and procedures and create and deploy user documentation and guides as well as help train users on HR Technology

  • Perform other responsiblities as requested by leadership

Education, Skills, Experience Needed

  • 5+ years of HR business analysis related experience

  • 3+ years experience implementing SuccessFactors modules - Core HR, Talent Solutions, Analytics

  • Working knowledge of SAP HR modules

  • Configuration and testing experience in Success Factors

  • Proven ability and experience interacting with business leads to define implementation strategies, business requirements and solution design related to HR processes

  • Strong knowledge of Success Factors and HR business processes

  • Ability to troubleshoot transactional, master data and integration issues

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and meet closely-spaced, ambitious timelines

  • Excellent communication, team player, and lead level skills

Working Environment

  • Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment

  • Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice

  • Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing

  • Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Requirements

  • Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
