Under general supervision, assists in the planning, organization, development, coordination, and instruction of technical training and development programs. Assists training team in providing a continuing flow of trained and qualified personnel to fill departmental positions and standards. Assignment as a student intern involves interaction with all employee levels.
Assists in the planning, administration, and evaluation of learning projects and e-learning projects for SRP employees as assigned
Assists in the design, development, and implementation of learning projects
Uses e-learning software (Vyond, Articulate Storyline) to develop e-content, including creation, editing, and publishing of course material
Assists in maintaining accurate student records and scheduling of facilities for effective learning
Coordinates, develops, processes, and distributes print requests of course material
Creates and publishes departmental documents, checklists, and calendars for training activities
Applies working knowledge of adult learning and performance management, principles, and methods
Maintains continuing communications with team members and selected managers/supervisors regarding current projects
Assumes other administrative duties as assigned
College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.
Requires concurrent enrollment in an accredited college or university program of study for the purpose of obtaining an Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree
Preference given to thos pursuing a degree in Education, English or Graphic Design.
