We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an Inbound Customer Consultant (Part-Time) in our Pewaukee, WI location.
We focus on first contact resolution to ensure customer satisfaction, as our #1 goal.
This position has a direct impact on the energy that people in our communities use every day.
As a Part-Time Customer Consultant, you will be responsible and empowered to take on questions and concerns from our customers.
• The Pewaukee Customer Care Center operates 24/7 to ensure customers have energy related solutions.
•We offer a competitive salary, starting at $20.78/hour.
•Flexibility is required, as you may be selected to work various shifts.
•The tentative start for this position is March 29, 2021 (this date is subject to change).
•One year customer contact or call center experience preferred.
•Computer experience in preferred.
