As part of our program, you will work closely with the HR Technology and Innovation team to partner across HR and IT. You will need to embrace challenges, devour knowledge, and love working on meaningful problems.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Participate in a dynamic internship program where you’ll work on key initiatives within the HR Technology and Innovation team to explore and transform in the areas of Digital Strategy, Portal and System design, Process Documentation/Mapping and Optimization and Analytics.
Work with teams within HR to develop your understanding of Business and how technology enables this function.
Build and support relationships with stakeholders and use feedback to propose innovative solutions to continually improve services and put the "Employee First"
Identify and explain employee pain points and needs through human centered research, utilizing methods such as observations, interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.
Contribute to the definition of new ideas and concepts through brainstorming and ideation efforts; identify an exhaustive list of possibilities.
Apply innovation best practices and agile methods to ensure our various projects are successful;
Create a comprehensive presentation of your work completed during the program for presentation to the wider organization at the conclusion of the program.

Education & Experience Required:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters/MBA Degree (related degree/field in MIS, Business Analyst, Process Mapping)
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the requirement for future sponsorship
Preferred GPA 3.0
Project base assignments, challenging professional work experience
Interaction and network with levels of leadership and management
