What You Will Do:

Maximo Configuration:

• Develop and implement configuration solutions for EGI’s Work & Asset Management Solution (WAMS) Releases.

• Support AD HOC configuration requests, including execution of Work Order mass update requests on behalf of the business.

• Ensure timely response and/or resolution of all Maximo configuration related issues, incidents and defects.

• Perform data validation tasks, including data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation.

SOx:

• Responsible for reducing risk of security breaches, fraud, and managing our software licenses through SOx and Security processes and controls, including overseeing the planning and execution of the semi-annual security audit for WAMS and CIS applications.

Security:

• Coordinate security access requests for external users and intervene when external factors prevent the defined service level agreement from being met.

Who You Are:

Required:

• Related university degree and minimum of five or more years of directly related experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience

• In-depth experience with Operations, Work Management, Planning and Records processes and procedures.

• Excellent communication, issue/problem resolution, presentation and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

• Ability to establish and maintain good client and vendor relationships.

Preferred:

• Thorough understanding of EGD’s existing Work Management and Asset systems including: Maximo and Click

• Preferred experience with SQL.
