Job Summary

This position is open to current PSEG employees only

Manage a team of investigators in the Office of Ethics & Complaince who investigate allegations Standards of Conduct violations. This position manages and oversees the use of interviews, and sophisticated data analytics tools and methodologies, to investigate said allegations.This position is also responsible for overseeing the development and recommendation of appropriate corrective actions to address underlying root causes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage, perform and support investigations involving alleged violations of PSEG's Standards of conduct. Develop and recommend appropriate corrective actions to address underlying root causes. Effectively communicate results to appropriate levels of management in the organization.

  • Manage, lead and oversee a staff of full time investigators. Supplement with, and manage outside contractors or third party experts, as required.

  • Overseeing the management and audit of various data and reports relating to employee concerns.

  • Creating presentations for senior management, the Compliance Committee, and the Board of Directors incorporating the trend, data analysis, and recommendations for initiatives.

  • Support the Law Department on matters in arbitrations/litigation.

Job Specific Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting internal corporate investigations

• Experience supervising or managing others

• Use of Microsoft Office applications (including SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of management and others

• Solid project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and lead cross-functional teams

• Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and independent judgement

• Experience in maintaining highly-confidential and sensitive information

• Ability to develop creative solutions

• Must be willing and able to travel for business-related purposes

Desired:

• Law Degree

• Certified Fraud Examiner

• Forensic examination experience
