Purpose

This role is instrumental in coordinating a diverse set of operational and construction planning tasks within the electric commodity. This role demands a detail oriented individual capable of integrating SAP functionalities into technical coordination, administrative support, and reporting to ensure the smooth operation of electric activities.

Accountabilities

• Answering phones, dealing with inquiries from CSR representatives, auditing Click assignments and addressing order issues.

• Filing, copying documents, sending, and receiving correspondence.

• Procuring and managing office supplies and coordinating meetings.

• Assist area manager, supervisor, and construction planning in a clerical manner by utilizing SAP functions to ensure workorder accuracy, assigning C4C notifications, creating SAP notifications, facilitating easements, meter base sales, as-built reviews, and coordinating refunds.

• Review invoices and other billing information to assure accuracy and the proper distribution of expenses to FERC accounts.

• Developing and managing overtime lists in adherence with the agreements of the CBA.

• Maintain applicable logs including, but not limited to reclose blocking, apprentice progression, and JJ Keller driver requirements.

• Assist in planning and organizing tasks including, but not limited to employee time off, temporary disconnects and city inspections.

Education and Experience

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of experience in a related field
