Pike Corporation Recruiting Assistant in Mount Airy, North Carolina

Position Summary: Our company is growing rapidly and is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Recruiter Assistant. The role is critical in executing our day-to-day recruiting functions, providing exceptional external and internal customer support, while continuously improving our recruitment and selection process.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts.

  • Screen applicants via the Applicant Tracking System – Oracle Cloud Recruiting.

  • Post jobs in the Applicant Tracking System.

  • Answer calls.

  • Protect the security of information, data and files.

  • Assist field management in the hiring process.

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Carry out other related duties as required and assigned.

    Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and / or human resources practices and principals preferred.

  • A minimum of an Associate Degree required.

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Recruiting a plus.

  • Social Media recruiting experience a plus.

  • Able to meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent phone etiquette.

  • Must have excellent customer service skills.

  • Must have excellent multi-tasking skills.

  • Confidentiality a must.

  • Punctuality a must.

  • Effective Problem-Solving skills.

  • Time management skills.

  • Organized and responsible.

  • Excellent communication skills.
