City of Tacoma WA Wynoochee Seasonal Laborer in Montesano, Washington

Position Description

Tacoma Power is accepting applications for Seasonal labor workers at the Wynoochee River Project located in Montesano, WA.

This is labor intensive work, cleaning bathrooms, hauling garbage, painting, and grounds maintenance including mowing and weed eating. We rely on our staff to keep our grounds clean and well-maintained, and to create a friendly atmosphere for our guests.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Some experience performing grounds maintenance, mowing and weed eating, or similar manual labor;
  • Completion of the eighth grade.

Appointment will be subject to passing a background check and a pre-employment medical exam and drug screen. This position is covered by a Labor Agreement between the City of Tacoma and Teamsters Local 117.
