Summary

Plans, coordinates, implements and delivers talent management (TM) technology business solutions in a fast-paced environment. Provides technical coordination with team members, HR, Business Systems and software vendor in accordance with business TM technology objectives. Provides tactical input to business unit management regarding systems solutions. Consults with business unit leaders to identify requirements and coordinates with Business Systems and software vendor to fulfill those requirements. This position will be part of a team that provides system support for various Human Resources processes including, Learning (LMS), Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, Performance and Goals, Development, Compensation and Variable Pay, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Supports, maintains and develops installation and rollout plans for talent management technologies and ensures plans are met. Interacts with business unit leaders and internal customers to determine business requirements and project objectives. Identifies gaps and resolves. Presents system level solutions.

  • Works with users to determine requirements for enterprise-wide talent management systems. Provides support and maintenance for critical and non-critical business applications.

  • Analyzes, plans, designs, develops, tests, implements, supports, and maintains SaaS based talent management system solutions. Ensures that projects installed are effectively adding value to the business area.

  • Provides technical guidance to super users and support staff on the use of talent management software products and instructs team members and business unit decisions makers on technical decision points and solution adoption.

  • Keep abreast of technology, industry and business trends to ensure that appropriate technologies are being considered in the planning process that meet organizational requirements.

Required

  • At least 5 years of enterprise wide system implementation related administration, configuration development or support experience.

  • Experience with talent management software solutions in a SaaS environment.

  • In-depth understanding of how all talent management technologies can be used and applied to the business.

  • Ability to understand changes in technology in detail, and determine how best to source technology to meet the client’s needs.

  • Ability to understand business processes and coordinate with others (team members, HR, Business Systems, vendors, etc.) in system deployment.

  • Ensures that all technology projects are prioritized and properly planned within the business unit, and that all relevant factors and issues have been considered and resolved.

  • Experience in administering and supporting talent management technologies.

Preferred

  • SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred

  • Previous implementation and/or configuration experience with SuccessFactors (or other HCM software such as Taleo, Workday, or Cornerstone)

  • Experience with change management (Process improvement and alignment)

  • Experience with system upgrades/software release planning/testing

  • Experience with project management

  • Bachelor's degree
