Position Summary

This position fills a critical need at Xcel Energy, the ability to drive data-driven decision making and optimization across our program portfolio. This position will understand costs, effectiveness and performance of campaigns through data management and analysis.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis Analyze marketing and digital channels, including web, mobile and email effectiveness, to optimize existing campaigns, inform future campaigns and improve platform performance and experience effectiveness. Analysis will span B2C and B2B portfolios and multiple sales channels. Create reusable techniques that can be scaled across organizations.

  • Reporting Design and deliver high-quality performance reporting that supports business objectives and the objectives of the marketing team. Create automated dashboards and other reporting techniques. Reporting could include funnel analytics, eCommerce reporting, sales channel effectiveness and product/portfolio performance. Other ad-hoc reporting as necessary.

  • Business Engagement: Work with internal business stakeholder to identify reporting requirements. Report and present finding to business stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Data Engineering Work to identify and integrate data from a multiple sources including Salesforce CRM, Sprinklr, and other marketing data sources and other marketing data sources and tools in order to make recommendations to improve data quality, intergration and performance.

  • Platform Management: Manage (administer) marketing analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Salesforce and Customer Experience measurement (survey), among others.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics or similar.

  • At least 3 years in similar position designing and reporting on campaign, eCommerce or web performance.

  • Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Up to 10% travel may be required.

During COVID-19 Pandemic this position may require the ability to temporarily work remote within the company service territory until company protocol dictates return to the office criteria has been met.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $66,000 to $94,000 per year
