Find out how a career as a QA/QC Manager can change yours. We are actively seeking a QA/QC Manager for heavy civil, infrastructure projects throughout the US.

As a QA/QC Manager your key responsibilities will be to implement and manage the Quality Control Program and performance of daily QA/QC responsibilities to ensure that project standards and requirements are met. This position will develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Control Program to ensure quality work is continuously and regularly delivered to clients. It is essential to possess strong communication skills, attention to detail and effective time management skills while working in a fast-paced environment. Critical for success is the ability to effectively document and share knowledge and expertise to create informed and efficient field crews.

  • You have in depth knowledge and experience on relevant USACE projects

    What it takes:

  • Associate degree in Quality Control, Engineering or related field, 5+ years’ experience with heavy civil construction, or relevant experience and/or training

  • Relevant Heavy Civil Construction Experience (i.e. levee repair, dams, reservoirs, concrete structures, water control structure repairs and builds)

  • Management experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be drivenandan acceptable driving record

  • Experience on federal contracted construction projects (desired)

  • Travel required and be project based anywhere within North America, Relocation is NOT requied
