As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to manage a phase of a large complex project or manage multiple medium sized projects that are approximately greater than $10M and are up to $100M. After completion of a successful proposal/bidding process, this position is accountable for all aspects of a project’s success, to meet or exceed the clients’ expectations, to the profitable completion of the job, with a special emphasis on safety performance. It is essential to be reliable, self-motivated, goal oriented, organized and professional. Critical for success are excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well in teams and quickly make decisions.

What it takes:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
Federal experience, NAVFAC, USACE, USAF, DOD, VAMC (preferred)
5 to 10+ years’ experience of running projects greater than $30M
Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
Experience with Scheduling, Estimating and Project Controls Software
Experience with Primavera, HCSS, B2W, and Microsoft Project (Desired)
Demonstration of previous successful management of project(s) upward of $30M
No relocation required, but must be able to travel 100% of the time and be project based with a monthly rotation home for long weekend
