As a Lead Estimator, your key responsibilities will be to evaluate bid specifications and drawings, ensuring our team has everything required to successfully bid and win the project. Estimators must aggressively follow up with subcontractors and venders to ensure quotes are received. Estimator also assists the Project Management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business. Critical for the success are the ability to work independently and effective time management and communication skills.

What it takes:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field, 3-5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
Positive attitude with the desire to continue learning and developing professionally
High level of organization and attention to details
Ability to manage tight deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with various levels of management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Bluebeam
Prior knowledge of HCSS, AutoCAD and P6 would be helpful
Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
