We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an IT Service Desk Representative in our Milwaukee, WI location.
The IT Service Desk Representative, is the main point of contact between our internal employees and the information technology (IT) department.
Main duties include responding to customer contacts by accurately documenting and troubleshooting computer system, mobile device and other tech product issues as well as technology requests. Technology issues unresolved by the Service Desk are escalated to next level support personnel so excellent communication skills are required. Candidate must be patient and customer oriented.
Applicant must have a minimum of two years of post-secondary education including 15 credits of college coursework in computer science
a related technology discipline from an accredited institution.

Experience working with a larger organization within IT and/or Service Desk
Experience working with the Remedy System
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 10
