Cleco Energy Efficiency Data Representative in Mandeville, Louisiana

The Energy Efficiency Data Representative II works under the general direction guidance of the Energy Efficiency (EE) Manager. The incumbent is responsible for organizing, tracking and assisting with reporting all energy efficiency program data in compliance with all regulatory orders and program rules. The incumbent assists the energy efficiency team with needed information/data to complete necessary program work; and performs additional back office administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the administration of energy efficiency program tracking database

  • Develop standard reports, metrics and forecasts to enhance EE Program tracking; monitor, measure, and analyze the success of all EE programs

  • Process rebate and incentives payments, and vendor and contractor invoices in timely and accurately manner; perform other projects or special assignments as required

  • Complete clearly defined tasks per relevant operating procedures / methods and adheres to quality guidelines; achieve results by completing assigned tasks by following discrete instructions from Energy Efficiency Manager

  • Use prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems, solve problems in straightforward situations, analyze possible solutions using technical experience, judgments and precedents; interact with vendors, suppliers and customers to troubleshoot program issues

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identify manual tasks that can be automated, and support the integration of new technologies/current systems to enhance/streamline Energy efficiency processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Accounting or related business field required.

  • 0+ years of related experience

  • Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required

  • Experience with financial systems/SAP preferred

  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job; technologically savvy

  • Detailed-oriented and high work standards in support of seamless execution

  • Strong interpersonal, communications, writing, speaking, and listening skills

  • Thrives on working in a team and supporting others to achieve goals/targets
