Job Description:

Handles extremely confidential Company information.Assists in executive’s participation in special projects, corporate campaigns and external Boards of Directors. Coordinates preparations for travel, including airline, hotel, transportation, preparation of meeting materials, and follow-through on expense reporting upon return.Edits professional presentations, reports, and other project correspondence as directed.Manages executive’s schedule, including extensive and complex meeting arrangements.Maintains all files.Reviews all electronic and regular mail for appropriate handling. May code invoices for payment, track department expenses and works with the Budget Coordinator on appropriate budget category.May support the CEO’s office as requested and perform other duties as assigned by the officer.May provide administrative support for the executive’s direct reports.All other duties and projects as assigned.

Primarily sitting with occasional standing and walking.

Preferred Qualifications:

Two years of education beyond high school or equivalent experience desirable. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, knowledge of departmental/Company operations, and specialized knowledge/experience supporting a senior level employee. Professional presence and knowledge to communicate with executives. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information, work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a variety of situations.

Work Conditions:

Normal office environment.

Required Education & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience providing senior-level assistance. Expert knowledge of Word and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Excel.
