Actively participates in special projects involving HRIS (including but not limited to) all future releases and enhancements making recommendations on same, ensuring functional requirements are met and user requirements are satisfied.Security Administrator HRIS. Develops, coordinates and maintains HRIS Security. Defines operator classes and query profiles. Maintains departmental security tree/query trees and provides users rights to all or parts of HRIS.Business Process Administrator. Analyzes end user business needs and develops navigator in HRIS to accommodate needs and provides users rights to specific business processes.Develops and executes on demand complex statistical summaries and/or special reports from HRIS for all departmental Employees, Management, Senior Management and Executives with very short lead times.Develops individual training sessions for end users regarding the functionality and proper usage of HRIS as well as the supporting procedures and business processes associated with HRIS.Develops, prepares and maintains end user documentation of HRIS; user instructions and training and procedures manuals. Provides support for questions/inquires on PeopleSoft issues and Query/Crystal Report WritingMay coordinate development of business tracking systems (Power of One, Wellfit, employee surveys), oversees maintenance and provides end user support. Prepares statistical reports for Executive Sponsor on an as needed basis.Coordinates with HR Generalists/Associates in development and implementation of subsystems in relation to Corporate Wide Organizational Charts.All other duties and projects as assigned.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS modules and PeopleSoft Query.Understanding of HRIS and the ability to communicate this knowledge to technical and non-technical users. Demonstrated ability in working responsibly with highly confidential information. Possess excellent analytical skills and knowledge of data base relationships. Requires excellent PC proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft office software (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint).

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business or IT-related field.
