Starting Pay Range
$66,987.00 - $83,733.00
This position will be expanding LES’ internal data analytics capabilities within the Rates & Analytics department. Responsible for performing economic and statistical data analysis for long range forecasting, operational and financial decision making, and customer segmentation. Specific duties include conducting data analysis and analytics using multiple techniques and approaches, identifying trending in data, providing reporting and analytics solutions to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders including responsibility for visual design, and effectively manage projects and initiatives simultaneously including change management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science or related field, and
Four years of progressively responsible experience in area of assignment; or
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
