As a Directional Drill Foreman, your key responsibilities will be to maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, collaborate with project management, project personnel, subcontractors and vendors to update schedule, and plan work activities as necessary. In addition, you will coordinate and schedule assignments of labor, equipment and material to perform the work as planned. Critical for success are strong verbal communication skills, the ability to comprehend and follow company and customer policies, and to act as a positive role model.

    What it takes?

  • 5+ years of related experience

  • Experience operating Vermeer and Ditchwitch AT directional drilling rigs up to 100,000 pound capacity

  • Experience and understanding of wireline steering systems, as well as Digitrak walk over locating systems

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record

  • Class A CDL (desired)

  • Ability to travel
