Job Summary (Purpose):

Provides Production Support of BI systems. Offers highly responsive support to current AmeriGas BI report users on a day-to-day basis with an emphasis on exceptional customer service, timely escalation of issues, and responsiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide established level of service and support of BI systems including SAP BW and Qlik to ensure minimal system downtime.

  • Monitor and provide timely response to all incidents in the Tier-3 BI queue and escalate issues as appropriate.

  • Use Service Now to document and manage issues presented by users. Emphasis on accurate reporting to maintain quality of data for trend analysis and management reporting.

  • Monitor SAP BW process chains / Qlik jobs (data loads), and fix issues as they arise. Add / Modify job schedules as requirements change.

  • Maintain on-call readiness during assigned nights and weekends to fix processing issues.

  • Provide support for month end activities.

  • Fulfill ad-hoc requests for information.

  • Function as a team member and individual contributor.

Education and Experience Required:

  • College Degree required, computer science, business administration or related discipline preferred.

  • 0-2 years experience.
