The Senior Human Resources Reporting Analyst to join our team to design and deliver insightful information and analysis based on data, trends, and an ever-changing business environment. The Senior HR Reporting Analyst will partner with HR and business teams in requirements gathering, sourcing and normalizing data from several systems, and creating compelling reports and presentations to communicate findings to others. Will work with setting and maintaining a strategy to combine the information from all HR systems into meaningful business-centric dashboards, measurement mechanisms, and success measures. Will support a wide array of needs by collecting and correlating HR data from SAP Success Factors, Workforce Software, Service Now, and other databases and third party reporting tools. This role will own the Workforce Analytics module for Success Factors and will be key in driving its utilization and deployment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, EC Payroll, and other misc reporting tools. Will own the strategy for deployment and maintenance of MSS reporting capabilities across the enterprise

  • Partner with and be a resource to our HR teams to create and continuously improve our enterprise reporting tools to meet the long term needs of our business customers. Help develop and report on HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate individual HR employee and department performance

  • Acts as the interface for the Business and AMS/Technical team for more complex reporting issues/needs. Translates business requirements into functional/technical and function as the primary interface to the technical team. Responsible for maintenance, testing, and deployment of third party reporting tools. Understands the end-to-end process & how system configuration changes impact reporting; proactively maintains and updates all reports

  • Assists with all compliance reporting (AAP, EEO-1, etc.) across the HR Function

  • Responsible for escalating questions or concerns including issues meeting deadlines or work prioritization. Communicates status updates to stakeholders.

  • Support large projects across the enterprise in area of expertise; with the ability to expand knowledge into new areas of functionalities

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience administering Success Factors modules

  • 5+ years of experience with Human Resources & HRIS systems

  • SuccessFactors Module Certifications a plus

  • Experience with HR ticketing solutions like ServiceNow

  • Expert level knowledge of SuccessFactors HCM Platform with a focus on writing complex reports for SuccessFactors modules using Advanced Reporting, Adhoc Reporting and ORD (Online Report Designer).

  • Strong leadership skills and commitment to excellence

  • Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to take complex processes and translate business requirements into technical requirements

  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
