Summary

Spire is seeking an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Support Administrator. This position will be responsible for assisting the Manager of Construction in overseeing and coordinating EAM, Maximo, and Click applications, system report development, testing activities and with coordinating application training when required.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee EAM application development and testing and training.

  • Use the EAM software to plan, schedule, and assign work

  • Assist in Spire One development activities as an SME as needed

  • Maintain field crew composition and schedules in the EAM software

  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of plans to attain departmental goals

  • Visit job sites to ensure progress and Field Supervisors with issues

  • Review completed work, including closing out work orders and notify the Operations Managers of any problems

  • Will cover for supervisor/manager when needed

  • After-hours duty

  • All other duties as assigned

Essential Characteristics and Competencies

  • Recognize problems and respond, systematically gather information, sort through complex issues, understand consequences of decisions, seeks input from others

  • Ability to make difficult decisions and communicate those decisions to others

  • Ability to provide and communicate clear performance objectives

  • Ability to lead by example, define roles/responsibilities, motivate, and set strategy

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • On occassion as needed

Required Education (certifications, licenses)

  • High school diploma/GED

  • College degree preferred

  • Valid Missouri Class E Chauffer’s License or the issuing state's equivalent and the ability to drive safely and accident free

Required knowledge, skill and abilities

  • Five years’ experience as a Field Supervisor strongly preferred

  • Strong technology knowledge and skills

  • Recognize problems and respond, systematically gather information, sort through complex issues, understand consequences of decisions, seeks input from others

  • Ability to make difficult decisions and communicate those decisions to others

  • Ability to provide and communicate clear performance objectives

  • Ability to lead by example, define roles/responsibilities, motivate, and set strategy

Physical demands, environment and schedule

  • A mix of normal office conditions, outdoors exposed to all weather conditions, in construction areas with uneven surfaces, and in areas exposed to loud audible noises

  • Occasional travel may be required
