Position Specific Description

In this new role you will be a member of the strategic initiatives team partnering with Human Resources and Corporate Services to use data to drive our digital transformation strategy for world class operations.

  • The Analyst ensures production of high quality analysis deliverables as required for each project or program.

  • Use process assessment data to create improved future state business processes, including the definition of any automation, system use and workflows that may be required.

  • Derive recommendations from analysis that have an impact on multiple teams and provide significant business value.

  • Support go live of new processes and solutions and act as a change champion to ensure successful change implementation.

  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.

  • Highly analytical, detailed oriented with experience in Operations

  • Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data

  • Proven ability at looking at solutions in unconventional ways

  • Advanced ability to draw insights from analysis supported by data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required

  • Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting

  • Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables and Advanced Formulas) skills

  • Database skills (PowerBI, Microsoft Access, Tableau)

  • Ability to work cross functionally with our IT partners

  • Prior experience leveraging customer insights to define strategies and target outcomes, including research, journey mapping, consumer preferences/behavior, competitive/industry trends, and product management preferred

  • Green belt certification or ability to get it

  • Conducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations

  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects

  • Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvement

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

  • Experience working on an agile team
