The Senior Infrastructure Analyst role will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for architecture, engineering and operations of the Operational Technology Infrastructure. This includes securing, configuring and optimizing all systems and services. Develop and implementation of standards and solutions including ICS visibility, zero trust, directory services and datacenter infrastructure. Acts as an SME for OT infrastructure teams in the design, delivery and support of OT solutions. The Senior Infrastructure Analyst’s obligation will be to maintain SLAs for all organizational OT infrastructure solutions.
Serve as a domain expert for OT systems, servers, storage, directory, virtualization and system technologies
Collaborate with business and IT leadership to assess short-term and long-term infrastructure capacity requirements associated with the organization's OT infrastructure
Work with vendors and other engineers to assess and understand technologies and develop proposed beneficial technical solutions for the OT environments
Ability to analyze partner requirements and convert into secure OT solutions
Work within established configuration and organizational change policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Support a high availability OT systems and ensure uptime consistent with the organization's business requirements
Assist and/or Lead IT/OT Capital Projects
Assist in improving and maintaining security posture across the infrastructure services and equipment in line with security and regulatory policies
Identify technology gaps and work with network engineers and managers to evaluate and select appropriate benefit solutions and innovations
Build and maintain documentation as it relates to server configuration, server mapping, processes, and service records
Support day-to-day operation of IT/OT system infrastructure and services. Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation and respond to outages related to infrastructure and services
Assist with maintaining relationship with data center and telecommunications services providers
Travel to sites and project locations 10-15%
Expert level knowledge in designing, developing and deploying system infrastructure in the enterprise network environment.
Expert level knowledge in enterprise system technologies including virtualization, active directory, Citrix
Experience in security solutions including host based IDS, directory services, MFA and system audit solutions
Experience in network technologies including routing, switching, firewalls
Self-motivated with an ability to multi-task and prioritize across competing initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing technical landscapes
Ability and drive to learn new software and systems
Ability to communicate with business partners from many different backgrounds and technical abilities
Some knowledge/experience with OT related cyber-security controls
Desired Experience (not required)
Network infrastructure switches, routers, firewall
Knowledge of OT/ICS/SCADA environments/technologies; demonstrated experience a real plus
Knowledge of OT protocols: DNP3/Modbus/ICCP/OPC/SEL; demonstrated experience a real plus
Knowledge/Experience with regulatory frameworks in the OT space.
Industry security frameworks
Extending cybersecurity technologies into an industrial control network
Mission critical and/or life safety facilities
Familiarity/Experience with OT Energy Asset Performance monitoring: Bazefield/Envision
