Assist the Innovation leads in the development of innovative projects by providing expertise of the electric industry and engaging with local teams for execution and tracking of projects in an effort to determine replicability across the enterprise. This change agent champion will be responsible for researching and understanding the impacts of new technologies and recommending implementation strategies. This position may be located in the East, West or Central region, but will be responsible for enterprise-wide, commodity specific responsibilities.
Collaborate with Innovation Leads to conduct insights as well as design outputs to their work.
Interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.
Manage and evaluate portfolio of the innovation pipeline and assist in strategic decision-making and Go-to-Market process.
Research, develop, analyze and suggest new concepts as well as strategies.
Perform as a strategic partner to influence change and new processes.
Design and model solutions for customer and company innovation.
Develop a high-performance collaborative atmosphere with internal and external partners.
Support different cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes and types concurrently as directed by team leads.
Manage and attain customer expectations to a high company standard.
Coordinate cross-functional activities, represent customers internally and collaborate with leaders in varied areas on allocation across projects and resource planning.
Exercise decision-making and independent judgment while being aligned with customers and management.
Assist in the development and creation of Business Cases.
Assist in analysis and compile results of pilot projects.
Special projects as assigned by management.
Other support duties as needed.
Education & Experience
Minimum of 5 years utility experience required.
Knowledge of internal business processes strongly preferred.
Strong communication and follow up skills required.

Valid driver's license - travel is required.
Flexible to travel to other locations.
