An opportunity to join a dynamic team driven to source, attract and engage diverse top talent across North America. This position with little assistance, will support our Engineering Department. Duties include, but are not limited to; create work orders and projects, support engineers in designing, drafting, estimating, scheduling, packaging, distributing, and reporting on projects, organize and maintain our document filing systems, support service agreement projects and billing for those projects, record and map easements, update system maps, and other duties deemed necessary to achieve department and business goals. As the candidate increases in skill, design will be required relating to areas of their competency. To be successful excellent organizational skills will be important as there may be many small projects that will need to be completed in a short amount of time.
The successful candidate is expected to be organized and help plan, design, survey, and review various engineering projects to ensure that projects are consistent with company standards and applicable codes.
The successful candidate must be able to oversee and manage various engineering projects to ensure timely completion that is cost effective and within budget guidelines.
The successful candidate must be familiar with and be able to learn software that aides in engineering projects.
The successful candidate must be familiar with and be able to learn how to use our filing systems to keep organized records and control document revisions.
The successful candidate must be a team player, have a great attitude, and enjoy fast paced learning and production.
The successful candidate will assist our team as required during emergency situations.
Education & Experience
Experience or Degree in Engineering Technology, GIS, Project Management, Drafting, or other Construction/Engineering related field.
