In this job, you will engage with key internal and external partners such as California Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES), County/City governments, and other Public Safety Partners for ongoing information collaboration. The successful candidate will evolve and enhance Portal capabilities and functionalities. Additionally, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support on the usage of the Portal and its contents and play a key role on Public Safety Power Shut-Off (PSPS) Incident Management Team (IMT) activations.

Independently manage and lead SCE’s Public Safety Partner Portal
Make day-to-day decisions on access, maintenance, and updates of the Portal
Perform Quality Assurance / Quality Control of Portal data during PSPS events
Perform User Acceptance Testing of updates/fixes
Triage and troubleshoot issues, work with IT Partners as needed for escalated issues
Act as a lead in organizing, planning, and facilitating Public Safety Partner Portal committees and forums with both internal and external partners; track resulting actions/lead and manage associated follow ups with contributors and action owners
Fulfill California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) Order Instituting Rulemaking (OIR) regulations, and collaborate with Regulatory and Law teams, as well as the PSPS Readiness Project Management Organization (PMO)
Provide training to internal/external partners such as the CPUC and/or Critical Infrastructure Providers
Develop reports related to usage of Portal
Manage the Public Safety Partner Portal e-mail inbox
Review and actively manage list of users
Perform other duties as assigned
Five or more years of experience in an analytical role leading cross-functional teams
Experience using Geographical Information System (GIS) products
Proficient using Excel
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, or related field
Exposure to PSPS processes
Advanced experience working with CPUC, Cal OES, City/County Governments, and/or Public Safety Partners
Experience developing scripts for automation
Experience using MS Access
Testimony writing/regulatory response experience
Incident Command System/Incident Management Team experience

This position may require up to 50% of 24 hour on call duties, including some overnight shifts.
